Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mobile Shop N More website and any purchases you make from MOBILE SHOP N MORE LTD (Company No. 14591752, registered in England and Wales, trading address 179 Stafford Road, Wallington, Surrey, SM6 9BT, United Kingdom).

1. Ordering & contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, priced incorrectly or where fraud is suspected.

2. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We do not use fake discounts or misleading price comparisons.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order via secure third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery timescales and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & refunds

Your statutory right to cancel and return goods is set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

6. Warranty

Products are supplied with a manufacturer warranty as set out in our Warranty Policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Otherwise, our total liability arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the goods.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
