Warranty Policy

Warranty coverage

All products sold by MOBILE SHOP N MORE LTD come with a manufacturer warranty as shown on the product page. Typical warranty periods are:

• Mobile phones and smartwatches: 12–24 months.
• Earbuds, chargers, power banks and cables: 12 months.
• Cases and covers: 6 months.
• Screen protectors: 3 months.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorised modifications, or wear and tear.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the fault. We will guide you through the return process and either repair, replace or refund the product at our discretion, in line with UK consumer law.

Statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
